Pieter, Nic and Cortni work as an excellent team. We recommend to all our Perth Property Investor clients to get their pre-settlement building inspection reports done by this team. They are efficient, organised, experienced, and they definitely know their stuff. We feel very comfortable when our investor clients engage Australian Home Inspections. Well done team, please keep up the good work 😀👏

Nick did stage Inspections throughout my whole build. Very thorough reports, which meant my builder fixed all issues especially considering who I built with and how long my build took ( Homestart BGC). Nick was really helpful explaining everything to me that I didn't understand. Was always available to answer my questions. I was really thankful at tail end of my build when my builder was being difficult about PCI date and time and Nick squeezed me in to his busy schedule. Cortni in the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with and also very helpful. Highly recommend Nick. Have happily recommended him to friends.

I had a great experience with Australian Home Inspections. The inspection was thorough and meticulous. I had an issue with the flooring level in my bedroom in my new city apartment, and thanks to Nick's involvement, the builder resolved the matter at no cost to me.

The team did a great inspection of a house I was going to buy. Issues identified were clear and fixable
